What are your shipping timeframes & prices?
United Kingdom:
FREE Standard Shipping
Europe:
Standard (5-9 Business Days): £8.99
Rest Of World:
Standard (10-14 Business Days): £14.99
*UK next business day delivery if order is placed before 1.30pm.
Will I be charged taxes & duties?
EU:
If you select standard shipping you will not be required to pay duties.
Orders sent via express shipping are sent DDU so may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination.
Please note if your country is not located within the European Union your order will be sent DDU.
Rest of world:
Orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company direct to arrange payment. LABL cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Where is my order?
Once we have packed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.
My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact hello@lablcollective.com with your name and order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, and we offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by LABL.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to make a return/exchange, please fill in the reason code as applicable on your invoice and email hello@lablcollective.com who will respond with appropriate steps.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued directly back to the debit or credit card used at checkout. You will receive an email confirming this process when you refund.
How long will it take to get responses from customer service?
We aim for all emails to be answered within 24-48 hours.
